Restoring the original factory image erases ALL existing data

Your Spirit computer uses the latest recovery system that doesn't require any CDs or DVDs to restore your PC to it's original factory condition.
Restart your computer.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE RECOVERY

  1. On Boot up press "F10" repeatedly until the message "Starting System Recovery" is displayed.

  2. The recovery will load and display the default non-destructive option.

  3. Non-destructive recovery: T(his will recover the OS, drivers and supplied applications to their factory state but will not delete any data you have created)

  4. To start the non-destructive click Next

  5. When the recovery has completed it will ask if you wish to check the recovery installation, click Yes (recommended) to begin the check.

  6. Once this is complete the system will restart and go into the Windows registration.

DESTRUCTIVE RECOVERY

  1. On Boot up press "F10" repeatedly until the message "Starting System Recovery" is displayed.

  2. Click on Advanced to access the destructive recovery option (This will recreate the partition / format the hard drive and then reinstall the OS, drivers and supplied applications)

  3. To start the destructive click Next

  4. Click OK to start the destructive recovery

  5. When the recovery has completed it will ask if you wish to check the recovery installation, click Yes (recommended) to begin the check.

  6. Once this is complete the system will restart and go into the Windows registration.
